Program Schedule


Stage I: Pre-Training Program Development


In order to facilitate our further understanding of the client's expectations on the training program, we will collect information from the management team of the department on the background of the participants and their key challenges. The content of the training program will be customized by this collected information to meet the requirement and training needs of the client.

 

 


Stage II: Training Program


Methodology – Experiential Learning Approach

  • Just enough content will be focused on the theory behind, but much time will be spent on experiencing through some fun and exciting experiential training exercises, for the participants to achieve “learning by doing”.
  • Participants will have to discuss, reflect, summarize and share their learning and feeling in different activities, in the debriefing session conducted after each game, by our experienced host speaker, to consolidate the key learning points, and guide them to transfer and apply the learning on work.

  • Training exercises of this program are interesting and interactive, especially designed for corporate staff trainings.

 

 

 

Stage III: Post-Training Evaluation


Participants will be required to complete a course feedback form immediately after the program. A report will be generated within 14 working days after completion of the program, for the planning of future trainings of the client.
